The Serenity Guild
The purpose of the Serenity Guild is to raise funds and carry out other special projects to support the needs of Serenity Infant Care Homes. Active and supportive members are always welcome.

We are currently looking for volunteers to help with the following events:

• Grant Writing/Research
• Fundraising Projects
  
• Public Relations
  
• The Annual Family Picnic (September)
  
• The Annual Christmas Party (December)

Donations

Serenity depends on volunteers and donations to help us nurture our children so that they can become happy and productive adults with an eye to the future.

Cash donations and other goods / services can be made to Serenity directly or through the Serenity Guild.

Therapeutic Learning Center:

• Outside play equipment: 'Lil' Tykes playhouse, castle, balls
• Tempura paints - gallon bottles - red, blue, yellow
• New "preschool" books, puzzles
• Play dough, craft supplies, construction paper
• Gift cards to Toys/Babies R Us, educational supply stores, bookstores

Foster Care Program:

• Gift cards (Target, Mervyns, Wal-Mart, Payless) for clothing, shoes, etc. for children 12-18 years of age
• New Baby Supplies: preemie clothing/diapers, receiving blankets, onesies, regular disposable diapers/pull-ups, lotions, shampoos, etc.
• New/refurbished laptop/desktop computers, printers

General Items:

• Round and/or banquet tables for trainings, conferences
• Padded chairs (stackable/foldable)
• Television with DVD player
• 7-passenger van for transporting children
